Returns
At Cascade Wild Naturals, every bar is crafted in small batches with care, intention, and natural ingredients. Because soap is a personal‑care product, we can’t accept returns on opened or used bars. But we always stand behind our work.
✔ If something arrives damaged
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Even if the bar can still be used, we want you to feel good about what you receive so we’ll offer a replacement bar or store credit, whichever feels right for you.
✔ If we made a mistake
We verify every order before it goes out, but if something slips through like a wrong or missing item, we’ll make it right quickly and without hassle.
✔ If you’re not satisfied
Reach out within 14 days of delivery. We can’t accept used soap, but if something feels off, we’ll look at the situation and offer a reasonable solution, typically a replacement bar or store credit.
