Welcome to Cascade Wild Naturals. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below. We keep things straightforward, honest, and rooted in the same care we put into every bar of soap.

1. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Orders are processed once payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if something doesn’t look right (billing issues, inventory errors, or suspected misuse).

2. Product Information

Our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Because of this, variations in color, scent, and texture are normal and part of the process.

Ingredients are listed clearly on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and checking for personal allergies or sensitivities before use.

3. Shipping

  • Orders ship to the address provided at checkout.

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

  • If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first.

4. Returns & Satisfaction

We make personal‑care products, so we cannot accept returns on opened or used soap.

Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo. Even if the bar can still be used, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Errors

We check every order before it ships, but if something isn’t right—such as a wrong or missing item—we’ll correct it quickly.

Not Satisfied

If something feels off, reach out within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review the situation and offer a reasonable solution, typically a replacement bar or store credit.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including product descriptions, photos, and brand language belongs to Cascade Wild Naturals, LLC. It may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without permission.

6. Personal Use Only

Our products are intended for personal use. Resale or redistribution without written approval is not permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from us, you agree that Cascade Wild Naturals is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

  • Misuse of products

  • Third‑party shipping delays or errors

  • Any damages beyond the cost of the original purchase
